Our target completion date is September, 2008, for inclusion in the 2009 Sundance Film Festival.

Yes; a DVD should be available in 2009. The film is slated to be completed in fall '08, with a limited theatrical run in winter '08 and spring '09. There are a ton of variables that could happen between now and then, but chances are summer 2009 will be the DVD release date.
